Movie Comics

Welcome to Movie Comics! A new method to learn English with movies! Movie Comics is just a prototype at this moment and was made for demonstration purposes only! The main goal of Movie Comics is to improve your listening skills and vocabulary. It is similar to a comic, the main difference being that there are no speech bubbles, but instead audios. The idea is to slowly go from top to bottom, starting with the first video/ picture and listen to its corresponding audio. See if you can understand the audio and listen to it as often as you want. If the audio seems impossible to understand, take a look at the subtitles below, then listen to the audio again and scroll down to the next dialog and repeat the same process.

Context

Hancock is a superhero that people hate because he's very careless, damaging buildings and streets. He's visiting his human friend Ray and his wife Mary but his landing is very reckless, damaging the street. The kids who are playing in the street don't like Hancock. Particularly a French kid named Michel.
